Home of the annual CASA Monroe Rodeo.\n\nFacilities: a 10-stall barn with Versa-Grid floors, a 100' by 150' arena, a 50' round pen, trails on the property, large tack rooms, and a hot and cold wash rack.\n\nBoarding:\n- Stall board, $600 a month: daily turnout, daily hay, grain twice a day, water, and use of the arena, round pen and trails.\n- Pasture board, $390 a month: automatic waterers, seasonal hay, arena, round pen and trail use, and free trailer parking.\n\nTraining: starting young horses, trail horses, and gaited horses (gait, balance, responsiveness and way of going).\n\nLessons: private one-hour lessons for $70, for riders of all ages and experience levels, on calm, experienced lesson horses in a covered arena. Instructors have English, Western and dressage backgrounds.
