Legacy Ranch at Rarity Bay

Boarding, training and lessons on 142 acres of pasture and trails, run by trainer Susan Brown. Facilities: 29 12x12 stalls, a 175' by 275' outdoor arena, a 75' by 132' covered arena, a 60' round pen, and 10 miles of groomed, wooded, GPS-mapped trails on the property that reach Tellico Lake. Boarding: - Stall board, $700 a month: daily turnout, daily hay, grain twice a day, water, and use of the arenas, round pen and trails. - Pasture board, $450 a month: automatic waterers, seasonal hay, arena, round pen and trail use, and free trailer parking. Training: starting young horses, trail horses, and gaited horses (gait, balance, responsiveness and way of going). Lessons: private one-hour lessons for $70, for riders of all ages and experience levels, on calm, experienced lesson horses in a covered arena. Instructors have English, Western and dressage backgrounds. Clinics are held through the year. Legacy Ranch also boards and teaches at its Madisonville location.
